SHIPPING INFORMATION

During this time to may encounter longer times in deliveries, but res assure we are still here to support you for your orders.

All orders are shipped to you from our dispatch warehouse in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We use JNE Express for our local deliveries.

Deliveries via GO-SEND are available upon request before 12 PM. Please contact us directly in advance for shipping calculation and arrangement before placing your order.

All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.​ We dispatch orders 1 day after date of purchase.

Deliveries via JNE may take up to 1-2 working days for Jabodetabek area, and 3-5 working days for areas outside Jabodetabek.

All orders will be processed for dispatch the next day after we receive your payment confirmation that you can do through 'My Account' page.

You will get shipping confirmation to your email along with the tracking number (nomor resi).

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched; orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be re-shipped at your expense.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We can only assist you in tracking your packages to the courier.

Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. If you are located outside of Indonesia, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can assist you with international shipping.

Customers in Singapore and Malaysia can order directly through our website. Simply check out as usual and pay in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
