Return and Exchange

We do not accept any kind of refund, however we accept exchanges.

Do try on all items as soon as you receive them, to ensure that you are able to request to exchange within the exchanges time frame.

Exchanges are eligible for these following reasons below. Please note your reason of exchange upon your request.

- Wrong items

- Defective/damaged items

- Size exchanges

- Product exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are only applicable to full priced items. Sale items can not be exchanged except for size exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges can only be done once.

  • Shipping fee for exchanges related to incorrect items and defective items will be handled by Brier.​​ Shipping fee (both ways) for size exchanges and product exchanges will be charged to the customers.

  • All exchanges must be communicated to us through Exchange Request form within 3 days of receiving the products, or send us the details to Whatsapp at 081284668323.

  • Items must be mailed for return within 3 days after your request is approved. If we do not receive the returned items within 7 days, your exchange request will be automatically cancelled.

  • All exchanged products must be in original, new, unworn, and unwashed conditions with the complete tags still attached.

  • Please return the products in the original tote bag packaging as well.

  • Product/size exchanges are based on stock availability, we do not accept any refund if the replacement items are out of stock. In the case of the following reasons: Wrong items and Defective/damaged items; in which the replacement items are out of stock, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account via bank transfer.

  • Products exchanges can only be done for items with the same or higher price. If you request to exchange with items with lower price, no refund will be made.

  • Products returned can't be turned into store credits or credit notes.

  • We will not proceed to the exchange if the package does not reach us. Brier is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • If the items returned are physically eligible for exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item/s within 5 days after receiving the package, using JNE Reguler.

  • For orders via Shopee, exchange must be done through Whatsapp or through the Exchange Request.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

  1. Log in to your Brier account and go to the Exchange Request page.

  2. Fill in and submit the Exchange Request form.

  3. Your will receive an email of Return Confirmation; your request may be approved or disapproved.

  4. If your request is approved, download and print our Exchange Form at the bottom of this page, and include it in the package.

  5. Please send the package within 3 days of receiving your exchange request approval. Contact us directly for our shipping address.

    6. Please contact us to inform us with the shipping tracking number (nomor resi).

    7. Your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
