1. FIND OUR PRODUCTS
Go to the tab "SHOP" to shop by category or "COLLECTION" to shop by collection.
Click on the product you are interested in to see full description and detail images.
2. ADD TO CART
Choose the size, color, and quantity you want, then click 'ADD TO CART'.
You can continue shopping or go to Cart on the upper-right section of the website to checkout.
3. REVIEW YOUR CART AND CHECKOUT In "My Cart" page, you can review your order before continue to checkout. Enter a promo code if you have one.
4. SHIPPING DETAIL Fill in your full shipping information then click continue.
5. DELIVERY METHOD We provide free shipping across Indonesia! Click continue.
6. PAYMENT In Payment section, you have an option to make payment with Xendit. Click continue.
7. REVIEW & PLACE ORDER
You have one last step to review the order details before placing your order. Tick the checkbox to agree to the Return Policy. Finally, click "Place Order".
8. MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH XENDIT
You will then be redirected to Xendit. Here you can select your desired payment method and follow the simple payment instructions. Please note that there is time limit to make payment.
8. RECEIVE YOUR ORDER SUMMARY
After making your payment, you will finally be directed to the next page to see the summary of your order. You will also receive the invoice that is sent to your email address. If you do not receive any email, please check your email spam or contact us for further assistance.
9. ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED
You will get notification email once your order is on its way. Now just wait for your order to arrive within the next days; we are as excited as you are! :)
You don't need to confirm payment, as all payments through Xendit are automatically verified.
Your order will not be processed and will automatically be cancelled, until we receive your payment confirmation.
Please contact us directly if you have completed the payment but have not confirmed payment before 24.00.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes.
If you do need to change any detail of your order, please contact us directly within 1 hour after your order is placed and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before we send it out.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us right away.
Your order will be automatically cancelled if it is past 12 AM and you haven't completed and/or confirmed your payment.
